Civic AI Introduction PHASE - How to Use the Process Components

Avatar: Official post Official post

Welcome to the first phase of the Civic AI participatory process. This space is designed to help participants collaborate, propose, and track activities that will sustain the ongoing work of the community. Here’s how to use each component effectively:

  1. Proposals
Use this section to create and share concrete ideas or actions that support the maintenance and evolution of Civic AI activities. Each proposal can represent a task, project, or initiative that will later be discussed, refined, and implemented collectively.

  2. Blog
This area is for publishing articles and updates related to Civic AI activities. Posts can explain current developments, share reflections, or provide summaries of discussions and progress within the process. It’s the main storytelling and documentation channel for the community.

  3. Debates
The Debates section functions like a Q&A forum. Here, participants can raise broader or more conceptual questions, explore ethical or technical challenges, and exchange perspectives that may influence or inspire future proposals.

  4. Meetings
Meetings allow you to record and organize group sessions that emerge from proposals or debates. Use them to document agendas, outcomes, and participants. This ensures transparency and continuity for teams that form around specific actions.

Together, these components form the foundation of collaborative participation in this phase.

Every idea starts as a proposal, grows through debate, takes shape through meetings and is recounted in the blog.
